YWCA Rock County announces new Child Care Program Director

Corrado has a background of 30 years in the Early Childhood field including 12 years of teaching children ages infants through school age and 18 years in Administration. She has worked in every level of Child Care leadership, from in the classroom to Director. Heidi Deininger commented “Angela has several years of experience in a managerial position, strong communication skills, knowledge of Department of Children and Family Services regulations, she’s highly motivated to learn and we are excited to have her a part of our leadership team!”Angela Corrado was born and raised in Wisconsin. She has two daughters, both currently attending college; her oldest at UW-Whitewater and her youngest at UW-Oshkosh. “I have done my best to raise them to be strong, independent and kind woman” said Corrado.“I have worked with several types of curriculum, have lead staff meetings, learned and implemented parent communication applications, hosted family events, enrolled families into programs and most importantly have met so many new children and families.
