Amanda Stefl
Amanda Stefl is the founder and owner of Timber Hill Winery in Milton, Wisconsin, where she has built more than a successful business — she has created a space where community, opportunity, and empowerment thrive. As an entrepreneur and winemaker, Amanda leads with the belief that businesses should serve as catalysts for connection and positive change.
Under her leadership, Timber Hill Winery has become a gathering place that actively supports local nonprofits, schools, and grassroots organizations throughout Rock County. From hosting fundraisers and awareness events to forming strategic partnerships that give back a portion of sales, Amanda intentionally weaves philanthropy into the fabric of her business. She believes that when local businesses invest in their communities, everyone rises together.
Amanda is also deeply committed to developing and uplifting women in the workplace. Through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a culture rooted in growth and encouragement, she has cultivated an environment where women gain confidence, build professional skills, and step into positions of leadership. Many young women in her organization have experienced their first management role, first large-scale event execution, or first opportunity to lead a team under her guidance.
Whether she is creating innovative programs, mentoring staff, or collaborating with fellow community leaders, Amanda consistently asks how her work can create more opportunity for others. Her leadership reflects resilience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to strengthening both people and community — one initiative, one partnership, and one gathering at a time.
