Brookelynn Weeks is the owner and operator of Bricks & Stones in Orfordville, Wisconsin, a restaurant that blends modern dining with timeless favorites. From handcrafted pizzas and fresh pastas to premium steaks and gourmet burgers, Bricks & Stones offers a menu with something for everyone—classic comfort foods elevated with unique, creative twists.

Brookelynn's passion for hospitality began at just 15 years old after discovering a love for cooking inspired by both of her grandmothers. That passion led her to compete in culinary competitions throughout high school before earning a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management with a minor in Security and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.

While attending UW–Stout, Brookelynn completed two seasonal internships at the Beloit Club before beginning her professional career with Geronimo Hospitality, where she managed Bessie's Diner. These experiences provided a strong foundation in restaurant operations, leadership, and guest service.

Beyond restaurant management, Brookelynn has developed extensive experience in event planning. She has proudly hosted weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, reunions, fundraisers, corporate events, and celebrations of all sizes, always striving to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Today, Brookelynn is living her dream as the owner of Bricks & Stones. She is committed to providing exceptional food, warm hospitality, and an inviting atmosphere where family, friends, and the community can gather to create lasting memories. She warmly welcomes every guest to experience the passion and dedication behind Bricks & Stones, whether that’s through a classic dining experience or while hosting a special event with friends and family.
