YWCA Rock County’s Community Immigrant and Refugee Program is a trusted and welcoming resource for immigrants and refugees seeking safety, stability, and a true sense of belonging. We provide compassionate advocacy, crisis response, and unwavering support to help individuals and families navigate challenges, connect to resources, and build stronger futures.

Our work focuses on protecting those most vulnerable to exploitation—including survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and discrimination—by ensuring access to accurate information, reliable guidance, and a strong network of community allies. We are deeply committed to breaking down barriers, addressing urgent concerns, and fostering partnerships that strengthen and empower our immigrant community.

Beyond legal assistance, we respond to urgent community concerns, educate families on emergency planning, and collaborate with local agencies, schools, law enforcement, and cultural organizations to address the unique needs of immigrant and refugee populations. From language access support to safety planning and advocacy, we stand alongside our clients every step of the way.
