Chef John Ippolito, MBA has spent 35 years in the food and beverage industry, culminating in his role as Food and Beverage Director at a large Minnesota casino. After earning an MBA with a focus on Supply Chain Management to support a stable family lifestyle, John found himself drawn back to the creative culinary experiences that had inspired him throughout his career. Combining his passion for food with his love of golf, joining the Janesville Country Club was a natural fit. Since being hired in 2015, John has enjoyed contributing to many memorable culinary events at the Club and looks forward to sharing another wonderful evening with you. Enjoy! 

Chef Paula Folk, has over 40 year's experience in the food and catering industry. She is a member of the American Culinary Association. Chef Paula was the first head chef at Glen Erin golf course in 2003. Then she took the role as head chef at the Edgerton golf club. She owned the White House family restaurant and catering. Chef Paula worked part-time for the Janesville County Club for the last 25 years and now is a full-time chef, taking great pride in her culinary skills.
