September’s Courageous Conversation, “Advancing Against the Current – The Latinx Journey in America,” is a conversation exploring the experiences, contributions, challenges, and aspirations of the nation’s growing Latinx community.

From breaking barriers in education, business, politics, and the workforce to navigating immigration, identity, representation, and shifting social and political landscapes, this conversation will examine what it takes to advance—and how communities can create pathways for progress together. Through honest dialogue and diverse perspectives, we will reflect on the progress that has been made, the forces creating new headwinds, and the opportunities to build a more inclusive future. The discussion will move beyond challenges to highlight resilience, leadership, economic impact, cultural influence, and the power of collective action. Join us for a timely and engaging conversation about finding the strength, strategy, and community to keep moving forward.

Parking Lot: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Unmoderated Interaction After the Discussion – if needed)
